  • Successful completion of a class requires active participation, demonstration of skills, and passing any required written or practical assessments.

  • Failure to meet course requirements may result in denial of certification without a refund.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • CPR and BLS training provides knowledge and practice, but Cavalier CPR and BLS does not guarantee specific outcomes in real-life emergencies.
  • We are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during training or if you apply your training outside of class.
  • You agree to participate at your own risk and release Cavalier CPR and BLS, its instructors, and affiliates from liability.
